Cheeses

  • You may know 'em. You love 'em. 1/2 pound each of: • Crucolo- An artisan cheese that comes from the Trentino region in northern Italy. The milk to make this cheese is selected from the cows that roam the pastures beneath the Trento Mountains. Crucolo has a surprisingly tangy finish to its creamy flavor, not unlike a Swiss cheese. Our house cheddar- Rich, rugged and mature! Aged for a minimum of fifteen months, our house cheddar is often characterized with a distinctive crunch – a result of the calcium lactate crystals which form naturally in the cheese as it matures.Fromager D'affinois- This French innovation may look like pudgy brie, but it's actually much creamier. The mild, buttery flavor has a sweetness that goes very well with champagne and fresh fruit.    We reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value.
