| FreeCome join Daria, from Vin Distributors (a Mass.-based importer distributor focused on Moldovan wines), for a journey through the winemaking regions of Moldova. Wine from Moldova? Yes; Moldova has a very long winemaking history. Archeological evidence points to grapes already being cultivated in the area between the Nistru and Prut rivers some 4000-5000 years ago. After the establishment of the Moldovan feudal state, winemaking flourished in the 15th century during the kingdom of Stephen the Great. Come and learn more – and taste great wines!
